What You’ll Bring
• Experience: Minimum 2,500 hours total time.
• Type Rating: Current and valid on Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+.
• Licensing: EASA CPL / IR with MCC and ME.
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Travel Documents: Passport without restrictions.
• Driving: Class B driving license.
• Professionalism: High commitment and reliability; strong sense of responsibility; proven team player.
• Mindset: Flexible, solutions-oriented, and composed under pressure.
• Presentation: Good manners and a well‑groomed appearance.
You will set the tone for operational excellence—from thorough preparation and decisive airmanship to calm leadership on the flight deck and a refined, service-forward presence with clients.
• Command all phases of flight, ensuring strict compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Deliver a smooth, proactive passenger experience with polished communication and discretion.
• Work closely with your crew to maintain high safety margins, on-time performance, and seamless trip execution.
• Exercise sound judgement in changing conditions, balancing safety, efficiency, and client expectations.
