Responsibilities
• Personal and telephone counselling of customers and communication with treating doctors.
• Dispensation of medicinal products and advice and sale of care aids.
• Acceptance and processing of orders and secure proper completion.
• Preparation of formulations and production of special preparations according to recipes.
• Control of prescriptions and incoming starting materials.
• Communication with care services and support of medication and prescription management.
• Quality management by checking medicinal products and documenting processes.
